Registration check-in will take place 17:00-19:00 on Sunday Nov 29 at the Double Tree Hotel and Monday morning Nov 30 in the Student Life Building on the Florida State University campus. The fee is $300 US; this covers a welcome reception, conference kit, coffee breaks, poster session reception, the excursion, the conference banquet and lunches, transportation during the conference and proceedings.
In order to encourage the vital participation of young researchers in our field, a number of reduced fee registrations are available for graduate students and postdoctoral fellows at a registration fee of $100. Please see the student/postdoc support page to apply for this support. In addition, limited aid is available for invited speakers in need of financial support.
A late registration fee of $350 will be charged after Oct. 16, 2009, payable at registration by check or credit card. Please note, we will not be handling cash at the conference venue. You can also send a check payable to "FSU Foundation" in US dollars to Hadron 2009, c/o Ms. Eva Crowdis, Dept. of Physics, Florida State University, Tallahassee, FL 32306, USA.
Continuing the traditions, you are warmly invited to bring with you a bottle of wine from your own country. The poster session will be then organized together with an international wine tasting session.
